Phantom Tennis offers 4 access levels:
All prices are shown in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes and may be updated at any time. Price changes do not apply to existing active subscriptions.
Accepted payment methods:
Payments are secured by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Your banking details are never stored on our servers.
Billing: Monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen, automatically renewed unless cancelled. The 5 Analysis Pack is a one-time, non-recurring payment.
Your subscription becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed.
Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard before the renewal date.
Free plan: The FREE plan allows you to try the service with no commitment. No credit card is required for free access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, under "My Subscription" > "Cancel subscription".
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.
⚠️ After cancellation, you will automatically revert to the FREE plan at the end of your paid period.
Under European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless you have already used the service during this period.

The 5 Analysis Pack is non-refundable once analyses have been used.
Phantom Tennis provides statistical analysis based on a proprietary algorithm. No prediction guarantees results. Users act under their own responsibility.
Sports betting involves financial risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If you have a gambling problem, contact Joueurs Info Service: 09-74-75-13-13.
Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. We only collect the data necessary for the operation of the service (email address, usage history).
